PACH Alabama is in an early development and launch stage. The program areas described on this website are planned and are not yet operating. Availability will depend on funding, partnerships, regulatory requirements, and local implementation capacity.
Affordable Housing
PACH Alabama intends to pursue affordable, transitional, permanent, and specialized housing solutions developed through community and public-private partnerships. This work is in the planning stage; no housing units are currently owned, operated or under development.

Financial Literacy
PACH Alabama plans to develop education covering budgeting, credit, savings, financial resilience, and pathways toward homeownership. Curriculum, delivery partners and schedules are still being determined.
