Our mission
To uplift low-income and underserved communities through comprehensive assessments, education, sustainable housing solutions, and career opportunities.
About
Premier Affordable Community Holdings of Alabama Corp, known publicly as PACH Alabama, is a nonprofit organization in an early development and launch stage.
PACH Alabama was formed to address the connected challenges facing low-income and underserved households in Alabama: limited access to stable, affordable housing, gaps in financial education, and barriers to training and employment.
The organization's approach is intended to combine comprehensive community assessments with sustainable housing solutions, financial literacy education, and career pathways — so that housing stability and economic opportunity are pursued together rather than separately.
The organization is currently establishing its foundation. Program design, funding and partnership work are underway, and this website will be expanded as those steps are completed.
To uplift low-income and underserved communities through comprehensive assessments, education, sustainable housing solutions, and career opportunities.
To help create resilient communities where individuals and families can achieve housing stability, access education, strengthen financial capability, pursue meaningful employment, and build a more secure future.
We describe our work honestly, including what is planned and what is not yet in place.
We intend to build capability — housing stability, financial knowledge and employable skills — rather than dependency.
We plan to work alongside residents, local organizations and public and private partners in the places we serve.
PACH Alabama intends to serve communities statewide, with an initial focus on underserved urban, suburban, and rural areas. Headquarters are located in Arab, Alabama. Where and when specific activities begin will depend on funding, partnerships and local implementation capacity.
PACH Alabama welcomes conversations with public agencies, housing developers, employers, educational institutions, faith and community organizations, and funders interested in supporting affordable housing and workforce opportunity in Alabama. No partnerships are currently in place; inquiries are genuinely at an exploratory stage.
The organization is at an early stage and welcomes inquiries from community members, public agencies, employers, educational institutions and prospective partners.
